In addition to complying with state requirements, this project was part of a US DOT federal audit. In the letter certifying our compliance, Sharon Scarr, Civil Rights Program Manger for US DOT remarked, "It is refreshing to see a contractor who has not only complied with the EEO provisions but has been successful and seen results." |
